Donna is currently the Immediate Past President of the Barbados Chapter of the International Women’s Forum. She was a Director on the Board of Republic Bank (Barbados) Ltd. from 2021-2025 and is currently a Trustee on their pension fund.

Residing in Barbados with her husband and two dogs, Donna embraces the joys of family life as a partly empty nester, with one child at home and the other living abroad.

Her debut book, What Do You Have in Your House?, offers practical insights for navigating financial challenges. Her business novel, The Merger Mogul, garnered international attention, with articles featured on platforms like Yahoo! Finance, Reuters.com, and MarketWatch.com. Her historical novels, including The Price of Freedom and Vaucluse, delve into rich narratives that captivate and educate readers.

As a dynamic motivational speaker and seasoned trainer, Donna has delivered presentations and workshops worldwide. Her sessions focus on entrepreneurship, personal development, and financial empowerment, leaving audiences inspired and equipped with actionable strategies.

Leadership and Recognition
Donna's commitment to women's empowerment is evident through her roles and accolades. She has served as the Barbados Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship Day and facilitated the World Bank’s InfoDev WINC Acceleration Program for growth-oriented women entrepreneurs. In 2014, she was recognized as one of Barbados Today’s Women Inspiring Change, and in 2016, she was named among the 31 Caribbean Women to Watch by Girls Who Write Blogs. Donna is currently the Immediate Past President of the Barbados Chapter of the International Women's Forum and a member of the Board.
